    A curated gift comprises thoughtfully chosen items placed together as a package forming the gift. Items are specifically chosen to convey a thoughtful sentiment and have a desired purpose in mind. Many occasions call for a gift, but people often struggle to find that suitable gift, or simply do not have the time to do the legwork. Curated gifting makes purchasing a thoughtful gift easy for the busy.
  • How can Gratitude Gifts' curating services work for me?
    Gratitude Gifts is chiefly a gift curation service. As a gift curator, we do not limit our choices to only products from our SHOP. Just like a museum curator’s role is to choose the most important artifacts and artworks for display, our role as a gift curator is to select only the best products to share with our gift recipients. As such we much prefer including products from a variety of shops, collaborators and suppliers with the goal of creating a well received gift for the busy gifter. We easily save the gifter the time and thought that has to be spent going through the gift finding process. And we do this without sacrificing on the quality of the gift, and presenting it to the recipient in a beautifully wrapped manner transferring your intended thoughts and care in the process.   • Where can I place my request for gift curation or order shop products?
    You can place a curation request through our HOMEPAGE. You can also place orders from our shop through our ORDER form or contact us via WHATSAPP for the fastest response.
  • Do you have a physical retail space to view my gift or shop products?
    Unfortunately, we currently do not have a physical retail space. You may curate a gift HERE and let us contact you regarding the gift items and curation. You may also pick out something from our SHOP and add it to your gift.
  • Do you make custom orders for personal events and corporate engagements?
    Yes! We do. We are able to create customised event and corporate gifts and even on-site activities if requested.
  • I have an event coming up. Are you able to provide a fringe activity for guests to take away a gift?
    We are able to offer a candle/ wax sachet making station where guests can create their very own takeaway gifts on the spot. Charges are dependent on number of guests and length of event. For more information, please contact us HERE.

  • What are the most popular candle scents?
    Our current bestsellers are Cypress + Bayberry Soy Wax Candle. However, as each person appreciates scents differently, we recommend the safer option of the Lavendar Soy Wax Candle.
  • What goes into our scented soy wax candles?
    As pure as you can find: 100% Cotton, Lead-Free Wicks; 100% Plant-Based Natural Essential Oils; and 100% Natural Soy Wax. No additives have been added to the soy wax candles sold by us.   • How are soy wax candles different from traditional candles?
    Soy wax is a 100% natural wax derived from the vegetable soybeans. Being the 'green' alternative to paraffin waxes, soy wax used in candles are the more renewable and sustainable wax source, and thus more eco-friendly. In contrast, paraffin wax is the byproduct of the oil purification process from petroleum, coal, or oil shale and is non-renewable in nature. Soy wax burns relatively cleanly as opposed to paraffin based waxes. This means that they produce visibly less soot while being burned. In addition, paraffin waxes are also criticised to release non-visible harmful chemicals when burnt. Most traditional paraffin wax candles also include additives that enhance the look, feel or scent performance of the candles. Soy wax is already an excellent fragrance carrier and does not require chemical amplifiers.
  • How do I care for my soy wax candle?
    First Burn: Burn candle for 2 hrs for the 1st burn. Allowing a full wax pool ensures an even burn and maximum scent throw. 4 hr Maximum Per Burn: Excessive heat produced during long burn times cause essential oils to burn out faster. Best Before Date: Plant-based essential oils perform best when used within 6 months from the batch production date. Wick Trim: To provide the cleanest burn possible, trim your cotton wick. ​ Half Inch Rule: Discontinue use of the candle when there is ½ inch of wax left to prevent damage to surfaces or the container. Safety: Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  • What is the estimated burn time for your soy wax candles?
    Our soy wax candles currently come in 250ml jars and can burn for up to 50hrs. Maximise the burn times by following our FAQ of recommended burning tips.
  • Why is the surface of my soy wax candle bumpy after burning?
    Traditional paraffin wax candles have a property of having a very smooth post-burn surface on the candle. This is the usual appearance of a candle that people have come to expect. In contrast, the rough, bumpy tops seen after burning a soy wax candle are caused when the hot wax in the melt pool cools and solidifies at an inconsistent rate. This is a feature of an all-natural soy wax candle giving you the assurance that you are burning a naturally-derived product. It does not affect the performance of the candle.
  • How do I care for my turkish towel?
    Received one of our versatile Turkish towels? Here are some care tips to enjoy your Turkish towels. Wash in cold water. Do not bleach. Select a gentle spin cycle: High spin cycles cause tassels to unravel. Avoid fabric softeners: Softeners will make the towels water repellent. Air dry towel: We do not recommend using a dryer. If absolutely necessary, use the lower heat setting. Add white vinegar to rinse cycle once a month: Vinegar removes excess detergent and oils that builds up after successive washing.

    Gratitude Gifts is solely a Buy-For-Me, curation and delivery service performed as a service to our customers. Gratitude Gifts does not obtain a commission for selling these products and are not an authorised distributor or agent of these products. Orders are confirmed and processed when full payment has been made. Gratitude Gifts only accepts orders for delivery in Singapore. For bulk purchases, multiple delivery addresses are possible. Shipping rates are calculated based on a per address basis. (Please see Order Form for more details) All orders have a lead time of approximately 2-5 working days depending on the complexity of the curation.
  • Notes for gift deliveries.
    Delivery times are pre-arranged at time of order confirmation and are only estimates. Delivery slots are limited and subjected to availability. If your chosen date is full, we will contact you for alternative dates. Tip: To secure your desired date, please confirm your order early.
  • The Gift I received is broken or missing.
    Gratitude Gifts is not the supplier of any products displayed on our site. We purchase these products on behalf of our customers. We will endeavour to ensure that when we do collect these products from the supplying store, that they are in the reasonable condition. If an item that you have received is damaged, missing or not as advertised, please contact us on the same day as delivery. We will only entertain requests on the same day as delivery. While we do not accept any returns, Gratitude Gifts always strives to ensure customers are entirely satisfied with their gifting experience. Please report any problems or damages and we will do our best to resolve the issue as appropriate. If the item is damaged please also send along photos of the damaged object and its packaging.   • I have not received my gift as expected.
    If your order has not arrived by the end of the agreed delivery timing, please contact us via WHATSAPP or EMAIL for immediate attention. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  • Do you offer free delivery?
    Delivery is complimentary for orders above $40 to a single recipient address.
  • Do you offer delivery to multiple gift recipients?
    Yes, we do deliver to multiple recipients. The additional cost per delivery address is $5. Gift value above $40 to a single delivery address qualify for complimentary delivery.
  • Who delivers my gift?
    Currently all deliveries are done personally by our team.
  • Will I know how the final gift looks?
    Yes. We will send you the photos of the final wrapped product and contents when the gift is ready for delivery. See some of our past curations on our GALLERY.
  • Will I know when my gift has been delivered?
    Yes. We will notify the gift sender once the gift has been delivered to the recipient.
  • Can I make changes to the final product?
    We will confirm the contents of the final product before we start the the gift preparation. Once the contents have been confirmed, changes to them cannot be made.
  • What is the return policy?
    We will be happy to change or cancel your order before the order is confirmed. Changes may be made to the order after confirmation subject to an additional charge. Otherwise, all orders that have been confirmed are final and non-refundable through our store.
