Shipping times are pre-arranged at time of order confirmation and are only estimates.
Delivery slots are limited and subjected to availability. If your chosen date is full, we will contact you for alternative dates.

We will be happy to change or cancel your order before the order is confirmed.
Changes may be made to the order after confirmation subject to an additional charge. Otherwise, all orders that have been confirmed are final and non-refundable through our store.
BROKEN OR MISSING PRODUCT
GRATITUDE is not the supplier of any products displayed on our site. We purchase these products on behalf of our customers. We will endeavour to ensure that when we do collect these products from the supplying store, that they are in the reasonable condition.
If an item that you have received is damaged, missing or not as advertised, please contact us on the same day as delivery. We will only entertain requests on the same day as delivery.
While we do not accept any returns, GRATITUDE always strives to ensure customers are entirely satisfied with their gifting experience. Please report any problems or damages and we will do our best to resolve the issue as appropriate. If the item is damaged please also send along photos of the damaged object and its packaging.
A product is considered replaceable directly by GRATITUDE based on the situation and will vary case by case.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
