Gratitude Gifts is solely a Buy-For-Me, curation and delivery service performed as a service to our customers.
Gratitude Gifts does not obtain a commission for selling these products and are not an authorised distributor or agent of these products.
Notes for gift deliveries.
Delivery times are pre-arranged at time of order confirmation and are only estimates.
Delivery slots are limited and subjected to availability. If your chosen date is full, we will contact you for alternative dates.
Tip: To secure your desired date, please confirm your order early.
The Gift I received is broken or missing.
Gratitude Gifts is not the supplier of any products displayed on our site. We purchase these products on behalf of our customers. We will endeavour to ensure that when we do collect these products from the supplying store, that they are in the reasonable condition.
If an item that you have received is damaged, missing or not as advertised, please contact us on the same day as delivery. We will only entertain requests on the same day as delivery.
While we do not accept any returns, Gratitude Gifts always strives to ensure customers are entirely satisfied with their gifting experience. Please report any problems or damages and we will do our best to resolve the issue as appropriate. If the item is damaged please also send along photos of the damaged object and its packaging.
A product is considered replaceable directly by Gratitude Gifts based on the situation and will vary case by case.
I have not received my gift as expected.
Do you offer free delivery?
Delivery is complimentary for orders above $40 to a single recipient address.
Do you offer delivery to multiple gift recipients?
Yes, we do deliver to multiple recipients. The additional cost per delivery address is $5. Gift value above $40 to a single delivery address qualify for complimentary delivery.
Who delivers my gift?
Currently all deliveries are done personally by our team.
Will I know how the final gift looks?
Yes. We will send you the photos of the final wrapped product and contents when the gift is ready for delivery. See some of our past curations on our GALLERY.
Will I know when my gift has been delivered?
Yes. We will notify the gift sender once the gift has been delivered to the recipient.
Can I make changes to the final product?
We will confirm the contents of the final product before we start the the gift preparation. Once the contents have been confirmed, changes to them cannot be made.

What goes into our scented soy wax candles?
How are soy wax candles different from traditional candles?
Why is the surface of my soy wax candle bumpy after burning?
How do I care for my soy wax candle?
Burn candle for 2 hrs for the 1st burn.
Allowing a full wax pool ensures an even burn and maximum scent throw.
Excessive heat produced during long burn times cause essential oils to burn out faster.
Plant-based essential oils perform best when used within 6 months from the batch production date.
To provide the cleanest burn possible, trim your cotton wick.
How do I care for my turkish towel?

Air dry towel:
We do not recommend using a dryer. If absolutely necessary, use the lower heat setting.
Add white vinegar to rinse cycle once a month:
Vinegar removes excess detergent and oils that builds up after successive washing.

What is the estimated burn time for your soy wax candles?
Our soy wax candles currently come in 250ml jars and can burn for up to 50hrs. Maximise the burn times by following our FAQ of recommended burning tips.
What is the return policy?
We will be happy to change or cancel your order before the order is confirmed.
Changes may be made to the order after confirmation subject to an additional charge. Otherwise, all orders that have been confirmed are final and non-refundable through our store.
How can Gratitude Gifts' curating services work for me?
Gratitude Gifts is chiefly a gift curation service.
Where can I place my request for gift curation or order shop products?
Do you have a physical retail space to view my gift or shop products?
Unfortunately, we currently do not have a physical retail space. You may curate a gift HERE and let us contact you regarding the gift items and curation.
Do you make custom orders for personal events and corporate engagements?
I have an event coming up. Are you able to provide a fringe activity for guests to take away a gift?
